This one is a demostration of a Single Document with Dockable Rulers.
This application will load a BMP and it allows you to zoom the image,
the ruler bars are set to the pixel size, but the inch or cm could be
implimented. The only drawback is the rulers --[762]-- size tracker will
disappear if the view is zoomed to large. The bars are designed to use the
left slider bars if the left mouse button in clicked in it and the right slider
bar if the right mousse button in clicked in side. This was just done out of
curosity and an experiment on the CControlBars. When the view is zoomed the rulers
are scaled to the bitmap, the slider bars are not adjusted on a zoom, minor fix.
